A New Jersey native Aaron had his first electrical contracting business in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before relocating to Florida in 2015. Aaron founded AVEA in 2016 and brings with him years of experience in contracting, electric, controls, and more. He is passionate about taking on unique projects that require unique solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his children; whether it’s hanging out at their farm, going to Disney, or just generally being together. If you’ve ever met Aaron, you know that Reagan and Baron are his favorite.
Stephanie started off as a part-time administrator in 2017 and then after years of convincing came on board in a full-time capacity in 2022. There is a saying that everybody is replaceable. Aaron Vurgason would disagree. There is no other person that could fill her shoes. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her daughter at competitive volleyball and Disney.
Every great company has at least one behind the scenes hero. For AVEA, that is Kathy. Coming on board in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic she has seen much change and growth much of which she deserves credit for helping implement. In her free time, Kathy is very active in the community, with her children, and with her church.
Ian first began working for AVEA as a subcontractor then in 2021 he came on board full time. Ian’s diverse background in the building trades has helped him grow the company and his own skills. Ian’s skills cover many fields but in particular he excels with gate installations, and handyman work. He brings a long history of project management experience with him and as such is a major asset to the company. In his free time he enjoys his family and being outdoors.
Kyle started with AVEA in 2022 and advanced in the industry at a remarkably rapid pace. With a military background, Kyle brought leadership and excellent management skills while quickly mastering the work in the field in particular with low-voltage and automation. Kyle is an outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Bryan joined our team in 2021 and has been a tremendous asset. Bryan’s background is in the car industry, having owned car dealerships in western Pennsylvania before semi-retiring to Florida several years ago. With his motto of “Don’t tell me why it can’t be done, tell me how we can get it done,” he brings fresh ideas and outside the box thinking to our team.
